An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Facilities & Compliance Manager to join our newly formed team. The main duties will include carrying out asbestos management plans, developing our existing asbestos management systems and working together to improve awareness across the relevant areas.

The successful candidate will report into the Facilities & Compliance Manager and will support them to deliver a quality service. They will continually seek ways to improve our approach to the effective management of landlord compliance statutory obligations and regulatory undertakings that reduces the risk, to our customers, employees and third parties.

A key part of this role will be managing the compliance team who are responsible for ensuring that health & safety requirements are met for all buildings and dwellings owned by the company particularly in relation to electrical, gas, facilities as well as the management of the data linked to these key areas.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and confident in communicating to a wide range of audiences. Will have an in depth knowledge of asbestos management and regulation as well as experience of leading on the formulation of asbestos strategies, policies and procedures and their implementation is essential to this role.
