Maternity Cover Office Manager job for a not for profit organisation based in Glasgow City Centre £13-£15 ph

Your new company
You will be working for an established not for profit organisation based in Glasgow City Centre. They require an experienced Office Manager for around 10 months to cover maternity leave. This is a full time role paying around £13 - £15 per hour. The organisation benefits from great city centre location.

Your new role
You will ensure the smooth an efficient running of the offices essential business functions, including all general bookkeeping and financial management, monitoring supplier accounts, HR admin and communications, clerical administration, ICT management and all other duties required to deliver an effective office space. In addition you will also have one Financial Administrator reporting directly to you.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of finance and office management. You will have experience of maintaining both purchase/sales ledgers, credit control, basic payroll admin, reconciliations and banking. You will liaise with the external accountant to ensure accuracy of accounts and assist with audits. Experience of administering HR and health and safety policies is beneficial. You will be required to have knowledge of database systems and Sage Accounts. Furthermore, educated to HNC/HND level in accounting or have the relevant work experience.
