Charity Fundraising Manager
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Charity Fundraising Manager to join their team based in Lincolnshire. You will be on a part time permanent basis and receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum FTE.
Our client is recruiting on behalf of a charitable organisation that supports young people through awarding small amounts of funding. It is their belief that, by providing financial support in the form of grants, young people will be able to take advantage of opportunities to grow, learn, fulfil their potential and become valuable members of society.
(A degree of flexibility will be required as occasional weekend and evening work may be required)

About the Charity Fundraising Manager role
As their Charity Fundraising Manager you will manage all aspects of the charity including administration, profile raising and press liaison. The successful candidate will primarily fundraise to strengthen the financial stability of the charity to ensure that it can continue its work of awarding grants to young people in hardship.
Skills needed to become their Charity Fundraising Manager
Their ideal candidate will have several years’ proven experience as a fundraiser, an excellent understanding of the mechanics of PR/communications, be confident communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills and some experience of public speaking.
