1st Line Support required for a Client in London Due to the urgency of this position, preference will be given to candidates who hold current security clearance to CTC/SC level, however the client will also consider candidates who are prepared to go through security clearance to this level. 1st Line Support Calls are dealt with by phone and they are expected to resolve 75 % of all 1st line / Leaver � This will be a combined role of the normal 1st line support and � also when required to deal with �leavers � coordinating the return of their equipment , work with HR to ensure items are received and returned and step in if this process becomes problematic. Needs an organised and methodical approach. Job Description To meet an immediate functional need they are in search of skilled professionals who posses Android, Microsoft and Apple Technologies skills to provide first level support through taking calls and handling resulting incidents or Service Requests, using the incident management and request fulfilment processes, in line with Service Desk objectives. Key Requirements Daily responsibilities will include: Receive, log and manage calls via telephone, email and customer portal Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles Escalate issues/unresolved calls with 2nd line support where problems cannot be resolved at a 1st line level Experience and skills required Knowledge of Smartphones IOS Android Excellent indepth knowledge of MAC, Windows 8.1 IOS operating systems (mixed estate to support) Good knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint VERY clear verbal communication skills as 95% of user interaction is over the phone The role will run for approx 3/6 months and will be based in London SmartSourcing provides services as an Employment Agency and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified people regardless of age, race, religion, disability, age, gender or sexual orientation.
