A market leading business based Financial Planning & Analysis Manager based in the West London. Job Summary:

  • Providing leadership and expertise to ensure robust financial control and planning the business units within the region
  • Maintaining the financial oversight for the region
  • Complete month end process for airports according to reporting deadlines
  • Preparation of weekly flash, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and a rolling 3 year plan
  • Analysis of airports financials and KPIs
  • Identification of opportunities and risks for airports in the region
  • Develop detailed working knowledge of key systems
  • Build relationships with operations and commercial teams and implementing regular structured meetings and feedback
  • Generate and present a range of financial and ad hoc reports for use by both internal and external customers
  • Manage the smooth integration of new start-up operations into financial reporting processes, ensuring adoption of robust financial controls
  • Attend, participate in and provide financial insight at fuels leadership team meetings
  • Manage and develop a small team
  • Preparation of pricing proposals for new customers and preparation of capex papers
  • Ad hoc financial analysis

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable experience within financial planning and analysis roles
  • Highly analytical with the ability to influence, challenge and implement change
  • Hands-on practical approach to providing guidance and direction in a challenging and dynamic business environment
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and with exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple workloads
  • Outstanding customer communication skills
