A full driving licence is required as travel to schools will be a feature of the role. The successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check. They are looking for individuals with a warm and engaging personality who are calm under pressure and delight in solving technical problems. To succeed as the IT Support Technician you will need a minimum of at least 3 years' experience in a Windows Server focused Technical Support role and expertise in the following areas: - Windows Server 2016, 2012 R2, 2012 - Hyper-V 2016/2012R2/VMWare - HPE Server Administration - Powershell - Active Directory, Group Policy and CSE - Windows 10/7 - PC/Laptop/Tablet desktop support - Deployment Services - WDS/MDT/WSUS - Network Administration - Router Configuration - Networking (Switching/Routing/Firewalls) - Managed Antivirus - Managed Backup - Enterprise Wireless administration - Web Filtering - Experience with IT monitoring solutions (SNMP/WMI) IT Support Technician Benefits: - 20 days paid holiday + statutory holidays - Private Medical Cover - Matched-contribution Pension scheme.
