Service Desk Analyst Hammersmith Salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience An excellent opportunity to join a small support team on a customer focused IT service desk. Working in an ITIL environment covering a 24/7 service desk offering a high standard of client support. With previous experience of working in a customer focused Service Desk environment to strict service level agreements, you will be responsible for logging client queries and request and ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily. Having previous experience of working on a service desk utilising service management tools such as Supportworks, Remedy or similar in order to log and track records to satisfactory completion for the client. This role requires excellent customer service skills rather than technical knowledge, although resolution of basic queries is encouraged at this initial stage. Logging issued raised by phone or email and ensuring the query is passed to right resolver group. Keeping track of the progress of queries and relaying updates to the client. The position has a 3 shift rota covering 8 - 6.30 (morning, afternoon and evening), Monday to Friday, also an out of hours on-call rota (additional allowances will be paid). Please note due to the nature of this work candidates will be required to gain SC clearance if successful in securing the position.
