A leading online UK retailer based in Manchester City Centre are looking to grow their existing SEO team by hiring a new SEO and Outreach Executive to their digital division. They are growing considerably and are constantly expanding their range, following trends, stocking all essential home, beauty and sport products. Responsible for supporting the SEO manager in delivering the companies' search strategy, you'll utilise Search channels to increase traffic, revenue and brand awareness across multiple platforms. Interpreting customer insight and intent, seeking to optimise and improve performance using current SEO strategy and tactics. Responsibilities: - Execute the search programme; working to support the marketing and ecommerce teams on search and conversion strategies. - Identify, plan and execute keyword strategies, developing best practice marketing campaigns that drive traffic and revenue. - Find and develop link building and outreach opportunities to maximize brand awareness and SEO performance. - Day to day monitoring and improvement of search rankings for multiple ecommerce platforms. - Adhere to the SEO budget and ensure a positive ROI, including hitting relevant KPIs and SEO targets. - Co-ordinate research programmes for market benchmarking and competitive analysis. - Support the Search Manager and marketing departments to ensure SEO best practice is followed and used across the business. Key Skills: - 2+ years' experience in a similar SEO role - A degree in Marketing or Business is advantageous but not essential. - Solid understanding of keyword analysis and selection, and how to craft titles for both user conversion and SEO performance - SEO experience covering on-page and content optimization, off-page optimisation and SEO ranking factors. - Deep understanding of link building and outreach techniques, with a track record in building page and domain authority.
