2 x Service Desk Analyst
2 x Service Desk Analyst 3 month contract - Monday - Sunday (shift work)
Your new role
You will be following the ITIL based operational lifecycle procedures from; incident, problem, change, configurations & asset. In your new contract you will be providing face to face, telephone and email support to the organisation and be the first point of contact for all queries.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a 1st line support role and good awareness of Microsoft Desktop products, a solid experience understanding of ITIL methodology,
What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of £15 per hour. Weekend work; 8am - 2pm OR 7:30am - 3:30pm.
