Service Desk Manager/Service and Support Manager (Windows/Server/O365) sought by an industry leading organisation with offices in the City of London, to lead a team of 5 support analysts supporting users across multiple geographic locations. The successful Service Desk Manager will be managing a 24/7 service desk with an 80/20 split between managerial and hands-on duties. You will have previously demonstrated continuous improvement initiation and effective communication with the team, managers and both internal and external stakeholders.
