2nd Line Technical Support Consultant - 2 Positions Our client is a national provider of healthcare software systems and patient management systems and is now looking to recruit for a 2nd Line Technical Support Consultant to be based at offices in either Warrington, Cheshire or Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire. This role pays a salary up to £30,000. You will be working as part of the Technical Services Team who are responsible for the design, installation and support for all hardware platforms, operating systems, database management systems and associated layered products to Internal and External customers. As a 2nd Line Technical Support Consultant, you will be working alongside specialists within the Team taking responsibility for all aspects of the teams work with an emphasis on the Technical Support function, Managing and Supporting the hardware and applications. You should have previous experience and knowledge of Windows Server, NetApp, VMWare solutions to ensure a quick integration into the day to day function of the Technical Support Team. Skills and experience required: - Minimum two years system administration on Windows Server 2008 experience - Minimum two years VMware vSphere 5.x with vCenter configuration and administration experience - Storage administration experience - Some knowledge of Linux is beneficial but not essential Only apply if you are local to the client offices in either Warrington, Cheshire or Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire. This role pays a salary up to £30,000.
