Science Teacher - Full-time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and creative teacher of Science.
You will be passionate about science and have the drive to create a positive learning environment.
This is a full-time post in a non-selective school in Maidstone, which has the added bonus of new buildings to provide an exciting and vibrant environment.
You will be responsible for providing interesting and challenging lessons for students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the support of a positive and innovative CPD Team.
The department benefits from 5 full time teaching staff and 3 technicians, new and well designed laboratories and extensive resources.
Our students study Combined science or triple science at Key Stage 4 depending on their interests and abilities.
The academy offers a comprehensive Enrichment Program where students get the opportunity to choose an activity to further their personal interests. All staff are expected to offer an activity.
This role will also include being responsible for the pastoral care of a Mentor group, with students from all years as part of a Chapter based system.
This post would be suitable for NQT& and more experienced teachers.
