TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • A love of sports and a strong understanding of digital sports products
  • An enthusiastic, pro-active nature – cultural fit with our existing team will be key to be successful in this role
  • The ability to work unusual hours given the nature of the sports industry that we serve
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

DESIRED EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Indicatively, the successful candidate will have at least 5+ years’ experience producing digital products and/or content
  • You love solving UX problems and have demonstrated experience with wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Visio or Axure
  • You have an aptitude for clearly capturing user requirements and documenting functionality using Confluence and JIRA
  • You have experience in Agile Project Management and a proven ability to manage a backlog of development work across multiple clients and projects
  • Ideally you also have a working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop
  • You have a demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, from designers to front end and back end developers as well as marketing and sales managers
  • Experience working with remote development teams and co-workers

  • You have strong attention to detail and are extremely organised, process oriented, can multitask and can work quickly whilst delivering quality outcomes to tight deadlines (or even ahead of time!)
  • You are energetic and outgoing with exceptional communication skills and have excellent engagement and negotiation skills
  • You think strategically, creatively and innovatively, and want to ensure we are at the forefront of innovation and enjoy actively encouraging looking at things from different perspectives
  • You are willing to challenge the status quo to come up with fresh ideas and processes
