3rd Line Support Engineer – Managed Services

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000

Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00AM – 17:30PM

Location: Aldgate

Your new role

As a 3rd Line Specialist you will be part of an extremely fast paced managed services team in a highly technical, ITIL environment. We are looking for highly motivated team players who will be managing and owning support tickets whilst driving customer issues through to resolution.

Key Technical Skills:

Experience in providing technical 3rd line support for a number of technologies:

  • VMWare/Hyper-V
  • Exchange
  • Office 365
  • CITRIX
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Previous experience in a managed service environmentProven track record of troubleshooting difficult issues, and providing root cause analysis
