Application Support Manager / Digital Systems Manager - eCommerce / Digital / Retail / Web - 12 Months FTC My client is a highly successful, International retailer looking for an experienced Support manager to manage their internal and external support team within digital. You will be responsible for leading the support team (Internal and 3rd party) and provide 2nd line support across eCommerce, Loyalty, CRM The Role: - You will be responsible for managing daily operations and major incident management as well as root cause analysis, involved in carrying out investigations to reduce risk of incidents - Manage SLA's whilst building strong relationships with external support partners, reviewing performance and work closely with internal stakeholders and IT management to maintain efficiency - Work closely with project teams to ensure a proficient level of support is in place in preparation for go-live - Responsible for providing Continuous service improvement, assessing and capturing and implementing improvement initiatives - You will be responsible for closely monitoring system performance, ensuring capacity is carried out to ensure digital systems are operating effectively during peak Role requirements: - Vast knowledge of digital & enterprise systems in an enterprise support environment - Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service management - Management of 3rd party support partners - Some flexibility with out of ours support for major incidents (not frequent) - Able to report and identify service improvement activities For further information, please kindly send through your CV to me on and I will look forward to discussing opportunity further.
