With customers in the UK, USA, Germany and Austria and suppliers scattered around the globe, Boden’s hardworking staff are hugely reliant on their IT and telephones. The Service Desk team are responsible for keeping them up and running – initially over the phone – to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.

We’re looking for someone to join us as an entry level Service Desk Analyst, responsible for:

· Logging all support calls and, where possible, resolving customer problems relating to their PC and Mac hardware and software

· Auditing equipment and maintaining the centralised database

· Communicating all IT updates to the business

· Carrying out daily maintenance checks and procedures

· Writing, maintaining and updating relevant support procedures and documentation

· Setting up IT equipment, cable management, IT infrastructure, telephony and assisting in office moves

You’ll need to demonstrate excellent communication (oral and written) and organisational skills as well as a really good telephone manner and excellent attention to detail.
