A varied role which will involve working within the corporate finance team on financial due diligence, valuations, bank lending reviews, assisting clients with acquisitions, sales or mergers. Client Details Top 50 Accountancy Practice that provides services for small to medium sized enterprises (SME's) including start-ups and family run businesses, large organisations, and divisions of multi-national corporations. Description - Lead/assist with the preparation of due diligence and valuation reports, information memorandums and financial models - Assist with the preparation of fee estimates, proposals and budget for client assignments - Attend and participate in meetings relevant to the projects/transactions - Play an active role in business development, attending networking events and assisting with marketing activities - Coach and develop the junior members of the team Profile As an assistant manager you will assist on larger/complex transactions, taking more of a leading role on smaller transactions. Ypu will interface with clients, management, external financiers and other professionals Keys skills / experience: - Experience working within corporate finance. - Preparation of due diligence reports essentia - Desirable to have experience in producing valuation reports and lead advisory - Proven relevant experience and technical knowledge gained in a similar environment for example audit - Good commercial awareness - Good business report writing skills - Attention to detail - Logical and systematic approach - Organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines - Excellent communication skills - Confident dealing with Partners and Clients alike - Computer Literate - Work on own initiative Job Offer - Progression opportunities -Competitive salary and benefits package
