Do you have strong IT Service Desk Management experience? Could you be interested to work for a successful and rapidly expanding technology company? Excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Manager with good knowledge of ITIL to join an successful tech company based in between Fareham and Southampton to be part of the management team to take them through the next period of growth. The current team sits at c20 IT Engineers split up between 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line, with more head count planned. You will also have a 3rd Line Technical Team Leader and a Service Desk Co-Ordinator to assist you. The immediate area of focus will be to implement more structure and focus around Service Delivery, hence strong knowledge of ITIL is essential. There is a preference for candidates who have worked for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) previously. If not then it is essential to be able to work in a fast paced, very busy and customer service led environment. Along with excellent people management and Service Delivery skills you should have a very good base knowledge of IT Infrastructure. To include most of the following: Windows OS, O365, Windows Server, MS Exchange, Active Directory, VMWare and Citrix.
