Salary: Ability to earn up to £41,000 per annum (inclusive of a recruitment & performance related payment) plus an opportunity to earn a retention payment. We are seeking to recruit a fully imaginative, well organised Lecturer who is passionate about English and Maths. The successful candidates will provide the highest quality educational experience for our students. They will plan and deliver inspirational, engaging English and Maths lessons to ensure our students participate and develop their skills to enable them to achieve their Functional Skills or GCSE qualifications. The ideal candidates will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be expected to collaborate with various teams to ensure students' progress is monitored and successful outcomes are achieved. Experience of teaching is desirable and you should possess a degree or professional vocational equivalent, with a specialist qualification in English and/or Maths, as well as a Certificate in Education, PGCE or equivalent or the ability and willingness to obtain a Level 4 professional teaching qualification within 1 year of commencing employment.
