Audit Manager Job based in Cambridgeshire

Public Practice Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking a determined and focused Audit Manager looking for their first managerial experience in Cambridgeshire who is looking for progression in their next step closer to Partner level. 

The perfect candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified, with a minimum of four years’ experience of working within a busy accountancy practice. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with clients at all levels, along with a strong desire to exceed service expectations. 

This Audit Manager Job in Cambridgeshire will involve delivering External Audit services to a wide range of clients, including extensive client relationship management, whilst leading an audit team to achieve delivery excellence.  The perfect Audit Manager will be used to working in an environment where at least 50% of their workload incorporates the delivery of External Audit services.

They are now seeking an Audit and Accounts Manager to hit the ground running with this proactive accountancy firm.

The main responsibilities for the Audit Manger Job in Cambridgeshire include:

•    Leading the planning and completion of large complex audits 
•    Undertaking both pre and post audit meetings 
•    Managing a team of accountants including; Audit Juniors, Audit Semi Seniors and Audit Seniors
•    Overseeing and managing the flow of audit work 
•    Working closely with the Audit partner to effectively manage audits 

The perfect candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified, with a minimum of four years’ experience of working within a busy accountancy practice. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with clients at all levels, along with a strong desire to exceed service expectations.
