Business Analyst | Consulting | Insurance Urgent requirement for a process focused Business Analyst to work within a global consultancies growing insurance practice. This global firm employs over 20,000 people and specialise in streamlining business operations. The successful applicant will be required to devise, design and document business process requirements for business, financial, and operations processes critical to core organizational functions. The Business Analyst is to propose ways to improve an organization's/ project efficiency by advising managers / Project Lead on how to make project / organizations more efficient / profitable through reduced costs and increased revenues. This includes researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, process optimization and system requirements. Also responsible for proactively generating and compiling reports based on findings, complete with recommended improvements to, or new requirements. The candidate will apply proven process requirements methodologies, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience required: ·Insurance background ·5 years Business Analyst experience ·Process improvement experience ·Consulting exposure (advantageous) ·Strong client facing skills Please only apply if you have prior experience working within insurance.
