An experience market manager is required to work for a busy fashion company in Helmsley:

The company sell an extensive range of womenswear using beautiful fabrics and fibres. Products are sourced from the UK, Europe and beyond and they work very closely with suppliers to produce colourful designs that flatter. Emphasis is always great customer service with a smile.

This is an exciting time for our business and we are now looking for a self-motivated, bright and ambitious Marketing Manager to take responsibility for all aspects (on-line, off-line and brand) of marketing.

Reporting directly to the Owner, the Marketing Manager will be a key member of the company's management team. Marketing strategy and budgets will be developed and agreed with the Founder, and the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation of the strategy.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for catalogue marketing as well as for the day-to-day management of online marketing of Bella di Notte via its e-commerce website, emails, social media as well as for PPC, affiliates, AdWords programmes, shopping portals and so forth.

The role will be wide and varied and will cover all aspects of marketing - off-line, on-line & brand - in a mail-order environment.

Direct Mail
All aspects of catalogue production. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing planning, production, and mailing of Bella di Notte catalogues. This involves working closely with the Founder, Buyer and external suppliers such as creative agency, photographers, printers, fulfillment house, downstream providers etc.

Data
Managing and growing the in-house database and mailings as well as being responsible for sourcing of cold data and continuing to improve customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value. This will include close liaison with third party suppliers such as data segmentation consultants, data coops, list brokers/managers.

Budgets
Producing and managing budget and forecast plans to maximize profitable offline and online marketing.

Analysis
Responsible for the analysing data, testing of email campaigns and using this information to optimize marketing activity.

Website
Managing all aspects of the e-commerce website ensuring the online selling experience is optimized. This involves ensuring all data and content is up to date and accurate. Suggesting, commissioning and managing improvements and changes to the website, and being responsible for maintaining website promotions and offers.

Digital/Online Marketing
Includes all aspects of online marketing such as emails 3x per week, AdWords and affiliate programs, Amazon market place and so forth.

Brand
Ensuring that the Bella di Notte signature and brand are maintained throughout all marketing activities. Raising the online profile of Bella di Notte through social media channels (Instagram, Facebook etc). Organising of marketing events in the shop.

Work related experience/skills

*Experience of mail order and e-commerce strategy development, preferably in fashion.
*Experience in catalogue or high volume direct marketing.
*Brand management and implementation experience.
*Ability to analyse and interpret data to drive decision-making. (AOV, CPA, LTV etc).
*Ability to develop relationships across business functions and with external suppliers.
*Ability to work under pressure and to changing deadlines.
*Understanding of customer profiling techniques to improve targeting.
*A full understanding of financial implications of campaigns and a results-orientated and commercially focused approach.
*Track record of delivering financial results and hitting targets.
*Up to date knowledge of online e-commerce, websites, mobile and marketing eg SEO, PPC and use of analytics.

Personal Skills/Qualities

*A keen interest in womenswear.
*Excellent analytical skills.
*Excellent numeracy skills and must enjoy number crunching to identify opportunities and focus on ROI.
*Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas and formatting).
*'Can do' attitude and focussed on getting the job done.

Salary - 30K+
Holidays - 20 days plus bank holidays
