This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Analyst to join a hugely successful business in a newly created role which is critical to the growth of their digital capability. Coming in at this exciting time you'll be involved in the identification and selection of appropriate digital analysis tools to use alongside Google Analytics to enable effective tracking and monitoring of user journey and site performance. You'll then be responsible for owning web analytics across a number of websites within the group and providing key insights to help improve digital user experience and conversion. For an established online analyst this role represents a great opportunity to take autonomy for digital analysis and be truly valued.
·Design and develop key reports around performance for the digital team and broader stakeholder group.
·Co-ordinate integration and tagging for Google Analytics, Tag Manager and any other tools across multiple websites and within digital communications.
·Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer roadmap online.
·Support digital team and business with ad-hoc reporting requests.
·Expert in reporting and analysis and a Google Analytics whizz.
·Ability to set up and configure custom variables, goals, segments and other configuration types in GA.
·Ability to test and optimise journeys, using digital tools and software.
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
·Passionate about all things digital.
