We are seeking a Marketing Administrator to join this well established and fast growing Estate Agents based in Greenwich. The role includes a number of different tasks including lead generation for example through email campaigns, advertising and social media. You will also be responsible for administration tasks such as updating property details and maintaining records. Previous experience in a similar role is not essential although is advantageous and you will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. This role is full time or part time permanent working Monday to Friday or a combination of week days. PART TIME & FULL TIME CONSIDERED Company - Our client is a forward-thinking, dynamic and expanding Estate Agency who offer comprehensive services in sales, lettings and property management in Docklands, South East and East London. Role Lead generation for new business including - Lead generation via email campaigns - Dealing with clients - Client/company profiling - Gumtree advertising New business administration including - Direct marketing with Docmail - Sending Conditions of Business to new landlords - Accurate record-keeping Marketing administration including - Uploading new properties onto our property management system (Veco) and updating property details. - Monitoring and editing our website and property portals to ensure optimum marketing profiles for properties. - Liaising with our webmaster to ensure our website is up-to-date, accurate and functioning correctly. - Creating and maintaining marketing products (window cards, boards, photos etc.) - Developing social media to extend our online presence, corporate personality, and brand recognition. Requirements - Great communication skills. - An excellent telephone manner. - Self-motivated. - Practical with a sense of flair. - Have a good work ethic. - Computer literate. - Organised with attention to detail. - Punctual. - Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Social media platforms, Gumtree, CRM database systems, plus use of Rightmove and Zoopla would be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
