My client is currently looking to appoint an experienced and professional Collections Controller to join their busy and demanding Collections department due to continued growth within the team The main purpose of the role is to proactively contact clients to ensure they are on track with their payments and to bring any accounts back in line with payment terms. You will work closely with your clients to ensure you are aware of any changes to their circumstances which could affect their payments. Duties & responsibilities; - Proactively speak to clients to chase overdue / outstanding payments - Complete regular income and expenditure reviews with clients - Process payments and set up Direct Debits as required - Produce monthly arrears reports for Management - Refer any serious arrears cases to Management to begin the Litigation / Legal process You must be a confident and professional communicator at all levels and you must have previous experience of working within a Collections / Credit Control or Customer Service environment - either B2C or B2B Working hours / days - Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm - you will also be required to work on Saturdays, and you will get one day off in the week in lieu of this My client offers an excellent working environment and onsite parking is available We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
