An opportunity is available to be a part of the Corporate Services Application Support team and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery. Your role would be to provide application support in line with IT standards, best practice and to agreed customer SLA's. You will ensure that production systems are monitored and respond appropriately to any production system issues, liaising with 3rd party suppliers where necessary. Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide configuration, implementation and integration services for changes to production application systems in support of exciting business change initiatives. The role requires a passion for delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. The following essential requirements will need to be demonstrated: *Substantial and up-to-date knowledge and experience of configuration, integration with and supporting third-party packaged or bespoke applications. *Knowledge or experience of corporate IT services/applications such as financial, HR, customer management. *Proven systems analysis and documentation skills *Proven problem analysis, software/data testing and issue identification/resolution skills *Knowledge or experience of one or more of the relevant applications for this role e.g. Microsoft CRM, SharePoint or TopTix SRO *Experience in working with Windows technologies and IIS webserver technologies Interquest Group PLC is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
