Product Support Engineer - Linux/Windows A highly successful global branded software company based in Cambridge who design and develop complex software and cloud services worldwide across multiple platforms, making effective business efficiency improvements by cutting costs, improving support quality and minimizing downtime are looking to recruit a Product Support Engineer to join their outstanding technical support team. You will be responsible for providing external software support via live chat, email and telephone; you will be assisting customers who need help using the companies' core software products. You will be working with other Engineering teams where necessary, following the customers issue from beginning to end, making sure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. You will be supporting a wide range of customers, and the support will range from large corporate end users You will receive a competitive salary and benefits package. Requirements: Previous experience of technical software support / application support Experience of live chat/telephone customer contact Knowledge of supporting users via ticketing service Computer platform knowledge one of Linux, Windows or Mac OS Ideally worked for a software company previously.
