About you; You are creative with your solutions, but understand that bug fixing, addressing technical debt and problem solving are as important as writing new code or starting new development projects. You have several years of proven experience working on building software, including taking ownership of large projects from idea to completion and then maintaining and growing the system. Our technology stack includes - ASP.Net MVC - ASP.Net SignalR - SQL Server 2016 - Typescript - Knockout JS - Angular JS - Node.JS / Express.JS - LAMP - iOS/Android Apps Based from our offices in London Bridge, as the Developer your key responsibilities will include; - Coordinate and plan the day-to-day activities of the offshore development team - Participate in requirements analysis - Write efficient, scalable and reusable code using appropriate languages - Test and deploy applications and systems - Review, update, refactor and debug code - Improve existing software - Present and defend technical solutions to peers and executive level stakeholders - Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) - Serve as an expert on the solutions developed and provide technical support - Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest development technologies and methodologies About you; - You will have experience with Object-Oriented Development, specifically within ASP.NET MVC - Have advanced knowledge of Entity Frameworks and SQL Server - Have pevious Test Driven Development experience - Be familiar with RESTful APIs - Have strong Javascript and HTML5/CSS3 front-end skills - Familiarity of Agile software development - Have excellent troubleshooting skills - Have the ability to communicate problems effectively - Having experience with JIRA is advantageous - Prior experience within a start-up would be desirable
