M&Y Maintenance and Construction is now recruiting for External Wall Insulation Technicians to join an exciting new work stream within our Planned Maintenance team.

About the roles

In these new and challenging roles, you will be responsible for completing all external wall insulation works safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction.

The right candidates will be able to demonstrate solid experience of carrying out solid wall insulation retrofit and refurbishment.Post holders will require a full UK driving licence and a valid CSCS card.

Successful candidates will be flexible individuals who are willing to support other trades and have experience working within the private consumer industry. You will offer excellent service to customers and possess the ability to work efficiently and effectively as a member of a multi-disciplined team.

Experience of all types of render and mesh with a thin coat acrylic / silicone finish, brick slips / render, an NVQ Level 2 in EWI and carded with system suppliers would be advantageous.
