Polish Speaking help desk adviser role in Milton Keynes - Must speak Polish

Our client have a thriving customer service centre in based in Milton Keynes, it is the hub of business support and offers technical IT support to a range users. One of the UK's leading IT service providers has successfully reached out to supporting the European market, and require fluent Polish speakers to join their team as a help desk agent.
This role is an entrance into the world of IT. therefore basic IT skills are require, along with a passion to deliver great service and to support other businesses. You will represent a high profile client, and will be speaking to agents over the phone and email predominantly in Polish, therefore you must be able to speak Polish fluently and to a business level. This role will suit native speakers, or those possessing dual language skills and have experience in working in customer service and or an interest in IT.
Successful applicants should have at least 6 months experience working in a customer service role, and must be IT literate and able to speak confidently over the phone and respond to emails in a professional manner. The following skills would benefit your application:
