Our Credit Controller will receive a competitive salary plus benefits including; - Bonus - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Vitality Private Medical Insurance - Stakeholder Pension Plan with employer contribution - Vitality Partners and Rewards As our Credit Controller your role will be to assist the Credit Control team to monitor and drive down the balance of lower value commission debtors, liaise with intermediaries to negotiate repayment, be proactive in identifying potential risks and report to stakeholders. Responsibilities as our Credit Controller include: - Working with external brokers and colleagues across the business - First point of contact for lower value non-complex credit issues - Support Credit Control team in the execution of company Credit policies - Maintain and develop skills and knowledge relevant to work area - Liaising with intermediaries to collect outstanding payments over the phone, ensuring ledgers are chased to agreed timescales. - Investigating and resolving queries, preparing statements and reports, updating information on the in-house systems.
