Milton Keynes College has an exciting opportunity for Apprenticeship Engagement Manager to join our apprenticeships team. As the Apprenticeship Engagement Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing relationships between the College and business clients. You will work closely with our clients to fully understand their learning and development needs in order to initiate suitable proposals. You will do this by collaboratively working with all curriculum areas, colleagues and clients to drive proposals in to delivery, and leading to successful outcomes for the apprenticeship service. You will be the key contact for the external businesses and will be an ambassador for the College in order to promote engagement with the Apprenticeship program. You will be confident in your ability to analyse data and intelligence in order to identify and maximise opportunities and solutions. You will be expected to accurately gather and monitor information to enable future planning for new products and services.
