Futureheads is partnered with a leading retail groupwho arelooking for a Scrum Master to play a key part on an innovation programme. The programme is focused on defining and launching new services, which will be enabled by modern digital technologies. The retail group has launched the programme to build services that will benefit potential & existing customers and be supported online and instore. In addition, they are looking to build services that engage consumers much earlier in their customer journey than they have traditionally done so. These solutions have been initiated through using forward thinking design, research and innovation methodologies, which the Scrum Master will learn from and help the agile product teams develop further. The Scrum Master role will be part of small, agile delivery focused teams. You will ensure that the team is organised and facilitated through sprint planning, stand-ups, show and tells and retrospectives. They currently have ten small product teams working on brand new ideas and concepts. This is an opportunity to work across a broad range of innovative digital products & services within a well-known retailer and you will impact the future of how they work. To be considered for the Scrum Master position, you should be able to demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours: - Successfully delivered as a Scrum Master in a past role - Passionate about digital and technology - Is an effective team leader who can manage stakeholders - The ability to creatively inspire and facilitate groups - Experience of the software development lifecycle - Experience working on B2C products / services / projects in an agile environment - Scrum, Kanban, Lean - Good communication skills - written and verbal- will celebrate team accomplishments and individual achievement - Experience using Jira This is an opportunity to work with exciting new technologies, including projects exploring VR and AI.
