Showroom Assistant, Luxury Watches & Jewellery Distributor, Surrey, South West London. Wholesale, Merchandiser, Demand Planner Our client is a London based company that works in partnership with an extensive network of international brands & partners for the distribution of quality, branded timepieces & jewellery into the UK & larger European market. This role is based within the Showroom within beautiful surroundings in Surrey. This is a customer centric role that relies on exceptional levels of communication. Would suit an individual seeking a career within luxury wholesale or merchandising. The Role- Responsibilities - Communicating with key customers by phone and email, providing advice and updates on our brand portfolio - Part of a customer centric team where high customer Service is paramount - Support with internal and overseas communications - Interaction on Stock Management System - Report running and help with analysis - Preparing showroom for appointments and market weeks, identifying areas where to add value and helping contact prospective customers - Visual Merchandising - Packing and shipment of materials - Support with general admin and showroom organisation - Desire to add value at all stages of work Required Skills/Experience - Must have interpersonal skills, technical abilities and phone skills. - Strong communication skills including phone, excellent listening and writing skills - Proficient with email, voicemail, MS Office, Excel - Highly Numerate Only candidates who have CVs most closely matching the above description will be contacted.
