Textile Technologies require a part-time Accounts Administrator, 20 Hours per week to join their small team at Kingston Mills. The hours are 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday, but these may be negotiable. Essential experience is 2 years accounts administration using Sage Line 50 and experience in the following areas. - An understanding of Sage Line 50 and experience with purchase and sales ledgers. - Banking and cash reconciliation. - Credit control ((i.e. chasing payments and controlling outgoing payments- identifying excessive spending) - Contacting aged debtors. - Reporting to the company director and liaising with the company`s external accountant, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business accounts. - Dealing with foreign payments and receipts. - Liaising with external accountant to reconcile all bank accounts. i.e. current account, paypal, amazon and elavon (ecommerce) account - Managing petty cash transactions. - Dealing with the mail. - Controlling raw material stock take, though this is minimal. - Good telephone manner to cover inbound calls during staff lunch breaks.
