A dynamic and exuberant company from the hospitality industry are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a full time temporary basis for 3-4 weeks. This is a brand new temporary opportunity based in Bicester. Company: who will I be working for as Purchase Ledger Clerk? You will be joining a friendly forward, thinking and friendly team. Key Accountabilities for the Purchase Ledger Clerk: - Reconciliation of Supplier Statements - Answer supplier queries telephonically and via email - Monitor accounts payable inbox - Inputting statements into Sage X3 - Adhoc administration duties as required - Filing Skills/experience for the Purchase Ledger Clerk: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain financial facts clearly - Work well under pressure, able to multitask and prioritise - Flexible, willing to take on a variety of duties in a changing environment - Highly organised and used to working to deadlines - Fully conversant in Microsoft Excel Emotion: how will I feel working here?
