An opportunity is available for a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join one of the UK's leading retailers. The role is to support and maintain all company IT infrastructure and applications. The role will also require you to support management in the fulfillment of various projects.

You will be working with, and experience would be beneficial of, the following:
*Supporting, maintaining and documenting all company IT infrastructure (1st & 2nd Line Support)
*Management of call logging and resolution through the IT helpdesk
*Rebuilding, refreshing and troubleshooting of Windows 7/8/10 Desktops
*Microsoft Based Servers (/2012/2016 including SQL & Remote Desktops) on a Hyper-V platform
*Windows Server network environments - Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy
*Business networks - switches, routers, firewalls
*Remote Desktop servers / services

This role requires previous experience in a technical support role. You will possess good organisational skills, an ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload.
Clean driving license is essential for the role, there are also on call hours applicable.
