ICT Support Analyst Location: Trowbridge Salary: £27,000 Closing Date: Sunday 08 October 2017 37 Hours per week Closing Date: 8 October 2017 at midnight The Selwood Housing Group is an award winning diverse organisation covering affordable housing, home ownership, repairs and tenant support. It's a great time to join us! As ICT Support Analyst you will become part of an ambitious programme of change and an expanding department. You will contribute to our strategy by developing the support function and delivering an excellent service to our Selwood Group staff. If you would like to be part of our journey you will need to demonstrate a minimum of `three of the following: - An IT qualification such as an HNC or other vocational qualification at a similar level - 3+ years' experience in a support role providing a 2nd or 3rd line service directly to end users - 3+ years in a technical role outside of ICT using transferable skills including problem solving, customer service, combined with 1+ years' experience and an IT support role providing a 2nd or 3rd line service directly to end users. - A relevant advanced professional qualification such as MCSA/MCSE or ITIL intermediate or above - Clear evidence or continued dedication to ongoing personal development resulting in a significant measurable self-improvement. You will have a customer centred approach, be well organised, able to clearly articulate instructions to customers and have good prioritisation skills.
