Role Overview

Delivering great marketing in our changing world needs a new approach that involves far more skills than traditional marketing functions often include. That’s why we have invested heavily in our Marketing technology and are have formed multi functional teams that focus on agile delivery and follow the principals of rapid testing and hyper personalised marketing. In essence, we’re bringing together all of the marketing technologies and all of roles we need into each agile team so that they can truly create, define and deliver their ideas to our 16m customer base.

We are now looking to add a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (subject matter expert) to the team who will be accountable for creating end to end campaigns across all marketing channel outputs including email as well as paid, display and social. That result in repeated and continued digital interactions with our customers. You will:

In consultation and collaboration with the planning team & other peers across Marketing, develop and deploy a plan to achieve our trading, engagement and brand goals.Be accountable for the campaign entirety from initial idea, to analysis and creative all the way through to execution and reporting.Use 1st party and addressable data to create targeting strategies to drive the shape of your end to end campaignsMaximise online, offline and integrated channel effectiveness including all aspects of social, paid, earned and owned mediaDeliver compelling marketing activity which actively demonstrates our drive to Hyper Personalised our interaction with our existing customersAttributes & Experience

Be a Digital Marketing SME, with demonstrable experienced across all digital channelsHave a track record in defining targeting strategies (from a data / customer perspective) and identifying where analytics can assistBe experienced at delivering personalisation at scale, aimed at existing customersBe technically able - experience of using the wider Adobe Marketing Cloud products and other data analysis tools / SQL / HTMLWhat will I get from this role
