I am currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst for a prestigious IT Solutions company business based in Bromsgrove. Location: Bromsgrove Salary: £15,000 to £16,000 You will be working within a forward thinking, fast paced IT Solutions Company providing bespoke pro-active IT solutions for small to medium sized businesses, predominantly within the West Midlands. IT Skills: - Windows OS Support - Network troubleshooting - Print Management - Active Directory - Office 365 - Call Logging on IT Helpdesk software - Application Support for bespoke software - Call Logging Responsibilities: - You will be a part of a busy helpdesk providing IT support to businesses in the local area. - You will be the first point of contact for any IT related issues. - You will be responsible for creating tickets on the call logging software, providing IT support, escalating issues to 2nd/3rd Line, taking ownership and ensuring that all tickets are managed within the company SLA's through to completion. Requirements: Either 1 or more of the following - 1-2 years within a similar positon - Degree educated - A Microsoft certification About you: - You will have exceptional Customer Service skills - Great attention to detail - Exceptional listening skills - You will be punctual and have exceptional time keeping skills - A passion for IT and dedicated to learning new technologies The right candidate will receive exceptional training on the job.
