Digital Product Manager Role Summary Sportsbook Digital Product Manager is required to work with Product, commercial, operational and technology teams in a multi-operator environment, servicing our cross-channel clients, defining business requirement, prioritisation and delivery. Passionate about delivering a best in class sportsbook product to our customers, understanding business and system processes, an eye for detail and an ability to communicate requirements clearly, the successful candidate will be proud to represent the team taking personal accountability. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sport, comprehensive understanding of sports betting and the global bookmaking industry. Responsibilities: - Manage end to end research, development and delivery across the complete sportsbook product spectrum - Producing detailed industry gap & product analysis - Creating business cases and advising on commercial decisions - Requirements gathering and definition in discussion with the wider Product team, Commercial, Client, Technology and Operational teams for all aspects of Product delivery across all relevant channels - Writing comprehensive product specifications and acceptance criteria - Working with & guiding digital solutions and development teams to deliver your best in class product - Product sign off, release management and client delivery - Liaise & advise Executive Management, Operator, Trading, Developer, Testing, Design & Marketing teams - Identify, raise and prioritise existing and potential business critical bugs - Manage 3rd party providers and their associated products - Continually monitoring industry best practice, licensing and compliance Ideal candidate will have: - Comprehensive knowledge of the sports betting industry and broadly experienced in Online & Retail operations - Proven Product Management experience with a strong focus in customer experience and marketing tools - Ability to communicate with stakeholders, operators, developers, solutions and designers. - Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly - Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to write clearly and interact well with all levels of audience. - Experience of working with Information Architects and designers to produce high quality UX artefacts as part of the product delivery process - An understanding of software development an ability to work closely with Technology teams in scheduling functional and non-functional requirements. - Strong teamwork, co-ordination, planning and influencing skills. - Self-driven, and ability to work at pace in a dynamic organisation.
