Senior Events Training & Account Executive
Will work on training course targets, develop existing and new membership account relationships and ensure the smooth delivery of the flagship training course programme.

This full-time and demanding role with an excellent opportunity for someone who has at least four years' training/learning and development or client account management experience within a corporate, not-for-profit or charity sector. The role is ideal for someone who is client facing and has a commercial interest in learning and development.
The role's primary function will be to work with the Training & Development Manager, Events & Training Director and other senior members to meet training course targets, develop existing and new membership and ensure the smooth delivery of the flagship training course programme.
the role will involve Account Management:To maintain and develop relationships with the membership in order to raise awareness of the training services Maintaining the account management database.
Responsible for scheduling and delivering targeted marketing and personal communication, working with the marketing team. Reporting to the Training Team on feedback obtained from the membership to shape, improve and develop training courses. To manage the Flagship training courses
- Liaise with the communications department to ensure all course marketing activities are planned .
Arrange trainers and speakers for courses and arrange evening speakers
- Minimum of four training/learning and development and client account management
Client Relations/account management/ Commercial (budgetary) management.
