Based from our offices in London Bridge, as the UX Architect your key responsibilities will include; - Understanding product specifications and user psychology - Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, experience and visuals - Creating personas through user research and data - Conceiving and conducting user research and surveys and evaluating feedback - Facilitating stakeholder analysis/requirements gathering workshops - Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas - Working with UI designers through all design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering - Conceptualising original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks - Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders - Testing (MV, A/B, Usability) - Keeping abreast of competitor products and industry trends - Establishing and promoting UX guidelines, best practices and standards About you; - You will be able to demonstrate your UX design skills with a strong portfolio of projects - You will have solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps - You will be proficient in Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools - Be proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping - You will have excellent visual design skills, with sensitivity to user-system interaction - You will have the ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders - You will have the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively - Be up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies - BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related - You will have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process This is a unique opportunity to join us during an exciting time of growth, you will have the opportunity become a key influencer in the company's development and expansion.
