Our client, a global blue chip, is looking for a Global CRM/Email specialist to join the innovation and business development team to develop an online consumer focused solution. You will develop and implement the Global CRM and Email strategy, as well as supporting the local iterations.
The successful candidate will need to be an exceptional CRM/Email person as you will need to manage the strategy to the tactical. You will be expected to manage a budget, support and mentor, and manage local markets.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Significant experience of identifying clear business and CRM objectives - then developing robust CRM plans, and campaigns, that deliver against them.
  • Experience of working on a variety of platforms especially Adobe and Salesforce to deliver outstanding customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention campaigns.Experience that combines being a digital native, with a good rigour for brand understanding, is important. Familiarity with various email systems: dotmailer, Mail Chimp, Campaign MonitorStrong copywriting and proofreading skills Strong knowledge of Google AnalyticsCompetent in HTML and CSS for email design and developmentEntrepreneurial 'lean start-up' mentality yet similarly someone who can utilise and has experience of the patience required and understanding of the corporate mentality we sit within.Strong insight and analytical skills, with the ability to convert those into best in class CRM strategies and execution As a global lead, the ability to inspire and drive a global CRM team community.Working seamlessly with the other member of the global team, technical, content, display online and offline. Ability to get the best out of agency relationships in B2B and B2C environmentsExperience in a dual platform environment would be usefulUnderstanding of the German market and spoken German language would be very useful
