Im working with an award winning practice near Sunderland who cover a range of sectors including, Industrial, Refurbishment, Commercial Office and Automotive Showrooms. Due to extensive contract wins they are looking for an Architectural Technologist or Technician with Revit experience to help them with their busy workload

Duties Include:
Developing schemes using 3D Revit as well as some experience with 2D CAD. Revit experience is a must.
Drawing and sketching technical design solutions by hand.
Ensure the Architectural Design Manager and project leads are kept up-to-date with all technical project progress.
Researching products, materials, technical solutions etc as directed.
Attend site meetings and work under the direction of job lead.
Operating standard filing systems within office for drawings and correspondence.
Assisting in general duties in the office and the facilities management arm of the practice.
Undertaking all job activities in line with Health and Safety guidance and requirements.

Skill Required:
Revit and AutoCAD experience
Ideally at least 3 yrs practice experience
Own car and clean driving license
Exceptional time management, planning and meticulous attention to detail.
A can-do attitude combined with passion, energy, care and enthusiasm.
Ability to exceed client expectations.

The Working hours Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm and successful applicants can expect a salary of £25000-30000 plus benefits
