KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Work Based Learning and Welfare to Work sectors. Job Title: Management Assessor / Trainer Location: Greater Manchester - Must be flexible with travel Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 (dependent upon experience) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension, Mileage + Much More! Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties: - Manage a caseload of learners working towards Management Apprenticeships levels 3 and 5 - with future development to deliver the New Standards at level 6. - Conduct study group and 1-1 sessions with Managers (up to approx 10 learners at any one time), leading informal / professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends and sharing experiences. - Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather quality evidence towards their qualifications. - Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts. - Also gathering electronic evidence and conducting telephone professional discussions. - Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. - Support management with programme design. - Organise and maintain documentation on learners` progress. - Support, advise and motivate learners. - Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner`s need. - Work to learner review and completion timescales. - Assessors are expected to take part in identifying eligible learners to undertake training programmes - alongside the business development team, where possible. Essential Requirements: - Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA - Hold a teaching qualification PTLLS / AET or above - Experience of delivering work based level 5 Management qualifications - Must hold sufficient occupational competence within Management - Ideally hold own level 5 Management qualification. - Must have experience of and be comfortable with group / classroom based and 1-1 training and delivery. - Professional conduct with the ability to be the face of the company and liaise professionals at a senior level. - Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. - Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners. - Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle. - Must be flexible with travel.
