Graduate Oppurtunity Internal Sales / Account Manager
Get Recruited are working on behalf of a well-established and expanding construction based company based in Stoke-On-Trent. Due to expansion they are looking for a Graduate Internal Sales Rep / Account Manager to assist with the business development.
Primarily the Internal Sales Rep will be responsible for following up leads of prospective contracts to secure new business, and maintaining relationships with existing clients by offering excellent customer service.
- Make proactive outbound calls to follow up potential leads and secure new contracts with new customers
- Source new leads and keeping an up to date knowledge of the industry and new projects
- Contact customers over the telephone with quotations, product information and pricing queries
- Follow up and chase enquiries and quotations to close and secure contracts
- Answer incoming calls to the business and assisting customers with enquiries, quotations and orders
- Process orders on the internal system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers
- Highly computer literate and confident to work with internal systems
- Strong telephone manner and confidence to build rapport with clients and secure business
- Confidence to work towards sales targets
- Ideally experience within a customer facing environment
