It's a great time to join us! As the ICT Applications & Solutions Analyst you will become part of an ambitious programme of change and an expanding department. Ahead is a complete rebuild of our infrastructure, investment in our data services to improve business intelligence and a portfolio of change to our application layer. If you would like to be part of our journey you will need to demonstrate a minimum of three of the following: - A recognised IT qualification at HND level or higher, or similar vocational qualification - 3+ years' experience in an applications analyst or similar role, combined with 2+ years' experience in an It support role providing a 2nd and/or 3rd line service directly to end users. - 5+ years in a technical role outside of ICT using transferrable skills including problem solving and customer service, combined with 2+ years' experience in an IT support role providing 2nd and/or 3rd line service directly to end users. - 5+ years' experience in a support role providing a 2nd and/or 3rd line service directly to end users. - A relevant advanced professional qualification such as MCSE or ITIL expert or above - Clear evidence of continued dedication to ongoing personal development resulting in significant measurable self-improvement You will evidence excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have a positive and enthusiastic approach to challenges, be able to work independently and possess good emotional intelligence.
