To operationally manage the digital marketing content team to meet the Sofology vision to make every customer feel at home on a sofa they love. You will have a passion for our product and our customers and be proud about what you do.
There is scope to further develop this role and have a real impact on the business going forward.
This role is to make sure everything runs smoothly, despite changing requirements and to ensure the outputs are acknowledged across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as ambassador of our customer, providing and managing web content across 3D studio and content that excites and energises the customer, both internal and external.
- Day to day resourcing and delivery of high quality content assets on time and to budget.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, in particular Buying, Merchandising, IT, and wider marketing team
- Oversee and own the resource planning and scheduling
- Map out pipelines
- Ensure business requirements are delivered on time and on budget
- Manage the team with regular performance and development assessments in line with Sofology practices
- Process management and improvement
- Producing output reporting
- Key to maintaining workflow and priorities with a holistic view to ensure output is aligned with business requirements

Key skills and experience:

5 years min traffic or resource manager ideally within a creative environment - agency or client side.
- An understanding of asset management and creating content processes
- Experience in daily and longer term project planning and resourcing
- Ability to multitask and prioritise based on workflow and commercial trading deadlines
- A calm, proactive, diplomatic approach
- Ability to confidently negotiate with multiple stakeholders whilst under pressure
- Excellent communicator

- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
