We are now looking for a Credit Controller to join our team. This is a superb opportunity for a confident credit control professional to join our growing company at an exciting time in our evolution. As a Credit Controller, you will ensure that monies are collected within set timescales to aid cash flow and monitor customer activity in-line with payments to ensure the effective credit control of individual accounts. Specifically, you will: - Respond to internal and external customer queries - Contact customers to chase payment, primarily by telephone and email - Allocate payments - Assist with cash reconciliations - Liaise with the Sales and Distribution Departments to ensure smooth deliveries - Use external resources to check credit records - Set up new customer accounts Interested? To be considered, you will need previous credit control experience. Excellent communication skills and a great eye for detail are also key. As a Credit Controller, you must have strong prioritisation, multi-tasking and time management abilities, as well as a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
